Warranty Terms

Casa Moderno offers a total of 6 years warranty that covers structural manufacturing defect for all our sofa and bedframe products from the invoice date. We also guarantee our sofa and bedframe is free from any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 years from the invoice date, all types cost will absorbed by Casa Moderno.

• 6 years warranty - wood frame, wood maggots, broken legs, ripped seam, collapsed or deformed foam
• 3 years warranty - all kinds of mechanism for Head-rest, Arm-rest, Back-rest
• 2 years warranty - Genuine Leather upholstery
• 1 year warranty - Motor for power incliner and power bank only

For our sofa and bedframe product structure, our warranty covers:

1. We warrant that the wood frame of our sofa, bedframe and arm chair is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any wood frame that is found to be defective due to materials, workmanship or any wood maggot infestation for product under the household conditions.
2. We warrant that our sofa and bedframe legs is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any broken legs caused by defects in the sofa materials or workmanship.
3. We warrant that our sofa and bedframe seam is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any seam that is caused by defects in the sofa materials or workmanship.
4. We warrant that our sofa and bedframes foam will retain its original shape and firmness for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any foam that has sink or collapsed by more than 2 inches due to materials or workmanship.
5. We warrant that any mechanism in our sofa and bedframes will operate free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any mechanism that is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.
6. We warrant that our sofa and bedframes will operate free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. The replacement of any part of the product that is found to be defective and causing abnormal noise during normal use.

For our sofa and bedframe, our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by external factors such as fire, floods, or other natural disasters
• Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized personnel
